                            <li>The certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association by Registrar of Joint Stock
                                Companies &amp; Firms</li>
                            <li>Up-to-date Trade License, E.R.C., I.R.C., TIN &amp; VAT copies of the company (if
                                applicable).</li>
                            <li>Board Resolution regarding opening &amp; operation of Bank Account and signing of Bank’s
                                charge documents with execution of Mortgage Deeds and other Bank’s papers and documents
                                etc.as per Memorandum and Articles of Association.</li>
                            <li>Seal as per Resolution.</li>
                            <li>2 copies of photograph of every signatory (must be attested by Introducer) &amp;
                                Visiting Card of the Signatories.</li>
                            <li>Photocopy of National ID card [Passport/Birth Certificate with a Photo ID.</li>
                            <li>Complete Bio-Data with passport size photographs of all the directors of the company
                                duly singed by them.</li>
                            <li>Certified Copy of Form No. XII &amp; XX duly issued by the Registrar of Joint Stock
                                Companies &amp; Firms for Bank’s records.</li>
                            <li>Updated E.R.C., I.R.C., TIN &amp; VAT copies (if applicable).</li>
                            <li>Membership Certificate of Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Trade Association, Stock
                                Exchanges (if applicable).</li>
                            <li>Tenancy Agreement copy in between the Company and the Landlord.</li>

                            <li>Resolution regarding operation of Bank account and signing of Bank’s charge document(s) with execution of Mortgage Deeds and other Bank’s papers and documents etc. as per Partnership Deed.
