Mr. Muhommad Badiuzzaman Dider, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank has joined First Security Islami Bank PLC (FSIB) as its Administrator on Wednesday, 5 November 2025.
Mr. Dider began his career at Bangladesh Bank in 1999. Over the years, he has served in various key departments of the Central Bank, including the Banking Inspection Department, Forex Reserve and Treasury Management Department, Payment Systems Department, and Currency Management Department.
A seasoned central banker, Mr. Dider holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance from the University of Dhaka. He also earned a Master’s in Bank Management (MBM) from the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM), and completed the DAIBB from the Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh (IBB). Throughout his distinguished career, he has gained extensive expertise in treasury management and payment systems.
Mr. Dider has represented Bangladesh in various international meetings, conferences, and seminars, enhancing the country’s presence in the global banking arena. He also previously served as the Administrator of Nagad, where he contributed significantly to ensuring operational efficiency and institutional governance.
Upon assuming charge at FSIB, Mr. Dider emphasized ensuring the smooth continuation of banking operations and reaffirmed his commitment to protecting the interests of customers, officials, and employees of the Bank. He urged all employees to remain professional, dedicated, and fearless in performing their duties to ensure the efficient functioning of the Bank and to achieve the objectives of Government and Bangladesh Bank.
Mr. Dider and his team, along with FSIB key personnel, are firmly committed to safeguarding the stability and integrity of the Bank while ensuring the well-being of customers, stakeholders, and employees.
He also called upon customers to continue availing FSIB’s banking services with full confidence, assuring them that their deposits remain completely safe and secure in this bank.

Mr. Biswajit Kumar Dey is a seasoned central banking and information technology professional with over two decades of distinguished service in the financial sector. As the Additional Director (ICT) at the Central Bank, he provides strategic leadership in advancing digital transformation, cyber-security, risk management and data-driven innovation in the banking domain.
Mr. Dey holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and a Master degree in Information Technology (IT), DU. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a trained ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (ISMS) and an Oracle Certified Specialist, demonstrating his strong proficiency in data warehousing, IT governance, risk management, systems assurance, and enterprise technology management.
Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Dey has contributed significantly to key central banking functions, including monetary policy support, enterprise data warehouse management (covering business intelligence, analytics, data mining, and ETL processes), bank inspection, internal audit, policy formulation, cybersecurity and risk management
He has served in a range of technical and managerial capacities, including Assistant Programmer in the Monetary Policy Department, Assistant Systems Analyst in the ICT Department, Systems Analyst (as an IS Auditor) in the Internal Audit Department and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer in the Cyber Security Unit of the central bank.
Currently, Mr. Dey is also serving as an Associate Administrator under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Muhommad Badiuzzaman Dider, Administrator of FSIB PLC, where he continues to contribute to strengthening operational resilience and digital governance in the banking sector.

Mr. Mohammad Faisal Khan is a dynamic central banker. He joined Bangladesh Bank in 2010 as an Assistant Director. In his Central banking career, he worked in Department of Banking Inspection, Banking Regulation and Policy Department (BRPD) and Islamic Banking regulation and Policy Department (IBRPD). Mr. Khan led many inspections team and also act as team member at head office and branches inspection of many banks when he worked in Banking inspection Department. He also contributed in different policy making from BRPD and IBRPD
He pursued his BBA (Major in Management Studies) and MBA (Major in HRM) degree from University of Chittagong and also obtained his Master of Economics for professionals (MEcon) from University of Dhaka. He also completed Certified Digital Finance Practitioner (CDFP) from the Fletcher School and Digital Frontiers Institute, Tufts University.
He also obtained certificate on Certified Expert in Trade Services (CETS) from Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) and Certificate course on Information System Audit (IS Audit) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

Mr. Muhammad Ansarul Kabir, an Additional Director of Bangladesh Bank, joined as Associate Administrator of First Security Islami Bank PLC (FSIB) on 05 November 2025.
He began his professional career with Bangladesh Bank in 2006 as an Assistant Director. During his distinguished tenure at the central bank, he served in several key departments, including the Foreign Exchange Policy Department, the Forex Reserve and Treasury Management Department, and the Banking Regulation and Policy Department.
He holds Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Banking and Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Dhaka, as well as a Master’s degree in International Development Economics from The Australian National University.
Throughout his central banking career, he has been actively involved in policy formulation and has developed extensive expertise in areas such as treasury management, foreign exchange operations, and banking regulation.

Mr. Md. Omar Faruk is a central banker possess substantial experience of working with commercial bankers. He also possesses long experience of team work. He joined at Bangladesh Bank in 2012 as an assistant director. In his Central banking career, he worked at Bangladesh Bank Khulna Office and Department of Banking Inspection (DBI-1 & DBI-3). Mr. Faruk conducted many inspections on different special issues, irregularities, risk management, asset quality and comprehensive both at Branch and Head Office as a team member as well as a team leader.
He passed BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) degree from Khulna University (One of the renowned Business Schools in Bangladesh). Mr. Faruk obtained his MEcon (Master of Entrepreneurship Economics) from Dhaka School of Economics (Dhaka University). He also completed both DAIBB & JAIBB from The Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh (IBB).

Mr. Abu Reza Md. Yeahia has joined First Security Islami Bank PLC. (FSIB) as an Additional Managing Director on 05 September, 2024. Before joining FSIB, he served as an Additional Managing Director of Social Islami Bank PLC and Deputy Managing Director of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC.
Mr. Yeahia has a long 36 years of banking career. He started his career in 1989 by joining Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC as a Probationary Officer. During his career, he served as Company Secretary, Head of Development Wing, Retail Investment Wing and Legal Department as well as CAMLCO. He served in Islami Bank PLC till 2021. When he left Islami Bank PLC he was the Deputy Managing Director. Afterwards he joined in Social Islami Bank PLC as Additional Managing Director.
He obtained LLB and LLM degrees from University of Dhaka. He is a lifetime member of Dhaka University Alumni Association and Bangladesh Law Society. To participate in seminars and symposiums and to motivate expatriates for sending remittance through legal channels, he traveled to different countries of the world like-USA, China, Russia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Oman-UAE, Srilanka, Thiland, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Maldives and Vietnam. He is a motivational speaker and a regular columnist on contemporary issues related to banking and economic development.
He has different publications on banking and economic development in local and international publications.
